Hi,
Got an RFE for my wife to complete the required vaccinations. She did not take 2 required vaccinations when we filed I-485 as we were expecting a baby. USCIS along with the RFE sent the original I-693 form that had been submitted and asked us to present this form to the same surgeon to complete the medical.
Question:
At this point, I believe that USCIS does not have the medical record (I-693) as they returned it to us. Will the surgeon have to give a new I-693 consolidating the new 2 tests + the tests taken earlier? This case we will send a new I-693 comprising of all tests taken to date.
OR
Specify only the 2 tests that are done now and we send to USCIS the returned OLD copy + new COPY with the 2 tests?

I was just wondering if it's posible to create my own specific 3D form on Swift 3D v2. The kinda one like a sample head given.

Bill Clinton was in Cisco Campus last week in connection with some strategic meeting for Cisco, which they have it yearly at Monterey, CA. Clinton has made it clear to its employees, they come first in line in respect to immigration/Green Cards. Rest follow. So it may be a good idea if followed up with Bill. He supports Tech Industry. Now that the I-485 gates have been opened, I would like to know what will happen to my spouse's H1B application pending before USCIS? Since I am planning on filing for I-485 for my spouse as well, will the H1B process make a difference? Or will the H1B approval cause any issues to the I-485 application?

I don't think so. One of my friend is in same situation. I feel 485 is filed after H1b so every thing is fine. But on which boat they need to travel is the question? you can't use H1 if you use EAD?

I have the following question reg. my wife's status.
1. i applied Green Card in EB3 category, i have my EAD but iam not using it and iam maintaining my H1b for my wife as she is in H4.
2. Meantime my company is processing EB2 for me and is in PERM stage and i have included my wife in the EB2 process.
Suppose if we apply a new H1b visa for my wife and because of the tough situation if that H1b petiton is denied for my wife, will there be any queries or any issues when my wife files I-485/EAD in EB2 . Also will it cause any serious delays or I-485/EAD might get rejected?

I wish to share my experience at POE at Newark Liberty International Airport. This may be helpful to others.
I came back to US on last Sunday on AP/EAD.
There was no issue at all while entering on AP. In fact, there were several AP/ h1B candidates. Everyone was having smooth entry.
Immigration officers were asking everyone to relax and calm down.
One person ahead of me had first and last name completely switched on I-485 and EAD than from passport.
He explained that his first and last name got switched while GC filing.
After little investigation , he was also allowed to enter by immigration officers.
Overall my experience was very good about immigration at POE.
No need to afraid if we have proper documentation.
People are unnecessarily spreading panic and rumours.

I came in on an F1 and got transfered to a H1B without leaving the country.
My H1 was approved for 3 years ie till 2012.
Due to problems at my work place, my H1 got revoked by my employer.
I'm in the medical profession, hence, jobs are few and far between if removed form a training program such as I was in. The next cycle of jobs dont start employment till July 2011.
I am currently within the 180 day limit.
What are my options? My countrys consulate is known to be tight fisted with visas, especially as I have overstayed since I lost my job abruptly.
If my fiance and I do get married, am I eligible for for adjustment of status?
Please help!
